Additional Party & Private Booking Information
- Deposits & Booking:
- Birthday parties require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 plus tax to hold your date. This deposit is due at the time of booking and is essential to secure your spot. We operate on a first deposit paid, first booked basis. Without this deposit, the booking will be voided.
- Private functions require a minimum number of participants and a prepayment. The number of participants and the full payment must be confirmed according to our policies, as outlined below.
- Summer camps payments are due in full at time of payment.
- Party Arrival & Duration:
- Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of your party. This allows us to finalize preparations.
- Guests must be picked up promptly at the end of the event.
- Party bookings will start and end promptly at the scheduled time.
- Party Decorations & Food:
- You are welcome to bring decorations, plates, and other party supplies. However, please do not bring latex or items that affix to the walls other than taped.
- We try to be as tree nut aware as possible and ask that guests avoid bringing any items that may contain tree nuts.
- Final Payments & Fees:
- Final payments for parties are due at the start of the event.
- Certain party experiences may incur additional costs.
- Any damage caused by misuse is the responsibility of the renter.
Special Considerations for Camps & Events
- Medical and Behavioral Considerations:
- When booking for summer camps or any events, please notify us of any medical or behavioral concerns that may affect your child’s ability to be left alone or that may require increased instructor-to-child ratios.
- Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the forfeiture of the ticket sale.
- Ticket Sales & Capacity:
- Please be aware that the number of tickets sold is directly related to our capacity. For drop-and-go events, we generally have higher ticket volumes, so it’s important to follow the suggested age guidelines for each event.
- Food Allergies:
- Please notify us of any allergies your child may have, particularly if the event involves food.
- Camps:
- Camps are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for camp registrations under any circumstances.
Ground Rules for Safety & Fun
For the safety of all participants, please observe the following ground rules:
- No running or playing ball in the party room, as floors may be slippery.
- No climbing on furniture or sitting on tables.
- No standing on stools.
- Most importantly, HAVE FUN – LOTS OF FUN!
Refund Policy
Due to the popularity of our events and parties, and to ensure that materials are prepared appropriately, we do not offer refunds.
- If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. You may also change the name on the booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Summer camp payments are also non-refundable.
- The Bullpen Sports Complex reserves the right to deem any product or service non-refundable.
