Bullpen Policies

Additional Party & Private Booking Information

  1. Deposits & Booking:
    • Birthday parties require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 plus tax to hold your date.
    • Private functions require a minimum number of participants and a prepayment.
    • Summer camps payments are due in full at time of payment.
  2. Party Arrival & Duration:
    • Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of your party.
    • Guests must be picked up promptly at the end of the event.
    • Party bookings will start and end promptly at the scheduled time.
  3. Party Decorations & Food:
    • You are welcome to bring decorations, plates, and other party supplies. No latex or items that affix to walls.
    • We try to be tree nut aware - please avoid bringing items containing tree nuts.
  4. Final Payments & Fees:
    • Final payments for parties are due at the start of the event.
    • Any damage caused by misuse is the responsibility of the renter.

Special Considerations for Camps & Events

  1. Medical and Behavioral Considerations:
    • Please notify us of any medical or behavioral concerns that may affect your child.
    • Failure to disclose relevant information may result in forfeiture of the ticket sale.
  2. Ticket Sales & Capacity:
    • Ticket sales are directly related to our capacity. Follow suggested age guidelines.
  3. Food Allergies:
    • Please notify us of any allergies your child may have.
  4. Camps:
    • Camps are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Ground Rules for Safety & Fun

  • No running or playing ball in the party room.
  • No climbing on furniture or sitting on tables.
  • No standing on stools.
  • Most importantly, HAVE FUN!

Refund & Credit Policy

At The Bullpen, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and inclusive space for everyone. Our policy is:

All purchases for classes, camps, clinics, and special events are final. No refunds or credits will be issued.

  • You may transfer your ticket to another person or change the name on booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Summer camp payments are non-refundable.

Code of Conduct and Dismissal Policy

The Bullpen maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including bullying, harassment, violence, or disrespect. Any participant engaging in such behavior may be dismissed. Dismissal results in forfeiture of all fees paid.

The Bullpen Sports Complex General Participation Waiver

I hereby acknowledge that the group, association, or individuals are voluntarily participating in activities at The Bullpen Sports Complex, located at 655 Conception Bay Highway.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in these activities, I hereby agree to the following:

1. I understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with participating in sports and physical activities, including but not limited to the risk of bodily injury, illness, or property damage.

2. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in activities at The Bullpen Sports Complex, including but not limited to serious injury, illness, or death.


3. I agree to comply with all rules and regulations of The Bullpen Sports Complex and to follow the instructions of the staff and instructors.

4. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to assess my own physical condition and capabilities before participating in any activity at The Bullpen Sports Complex, and I will refrain from participating if I have any concerns about my health or physical condition.

5. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Bullpen Sports Complex, its owners, employees, instructors, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise, while participating in any activity at The Bullpen Sports Complex.

6. I understand that this waiver and release of liability includes, but is not limited to, any claims based on the negligence, action, or inaction of The Bullpen Sports Complex, its owners, employees, instructors, agents, and volunteers.
7. I understand that by signing this waiver, I am giving up my right to bring a legal action or assert a claim against The Bullpen Sports Complex for its negligence or for any defective product used during the activities.

8. I understand that this waiver and release of liability shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

9. I understand that pictures may be taken at The Bullpen Sports Complex and may be posted on social media or other areas for advertisement purposes.

10. I take responsibility for and understand that payment or replacement of property will be required if equipment or property is intentionally or maliciously damaged beyond repair at The Bullpen Sports Complex.

11. In the event of an emergency, I authorize The Bullpen Sports Complex and its staff to obtain medical treatment for myself/my child and agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred.

12. I acknowledge that The Bullpen Sports Complex does not provide medical or accident insurance for participants, and I am responsible for my own insurance coverage.

13. If any portion of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
