Our Policies

Additional Party & Private Booking Information

Birthday parties require a non‑refundable deposit to hold your date. We operate on a first deposit paid, first booked policy—without a deposit the booking is void. Private functions may require a minimum number of participants and prepayment. The number of participants and food orders must be confirmed in advance, as outlined below.

  • Please provide final participant numbers at least 7 days before your event. If not provided, a late fee may apply and we may prepare for a default number of guests.
  • Guests should wear activity‑appropriate clothing.
  • Please arrive no earlier than 10–15 minutes before your event, and arrange pick‑up promptly at the end.
  • Some experiences may incur additional costs.
  • Final payments are due at the start of the event unless otherwise noted.

Special Considerations for Camps & Events

When booking summer camps or ticketed events (including drop‑off programs), please inform us of any behavioral or medical considerations that may affect your child’s ability to participate independently or that require increased supervision ratios. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in forfeiture of the ticket without refund.

  • Capacity is limited. Please adhere to suggested age guidelines for each program.
  • Notify us of any allergies, especially when events involve food.

Ground Rules

  • No running or playing ball in non‑field areas; floors may be slippery.
  • No climbing on furniture, no sitting on tables, no standing on stools.
  • Respect the space, equipment, and other participants.
  • Have fun—lots of fun!

Refund Policy

Due to program planning and capacity limits, we do not offer refunds for events or camps. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Deposits are non‑refundable. Summer camp payments are also non‑refundable. The Bullpen Sports Complex reserves the right to deem any product or service non‑refundable.

Code of Conduct and Dismissal Policy

The Bullpen Sports Complex maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, violence, disrespect toward staff or participants, or any conduct deemed unsafe or disruptive. Any camper engaging in such behavior may be dismissed from the camp at the sole discretion of management. Dismissal due to inappropriate behavior will result in forfeiture of all fees paid; no refunds will be issued.
